
Industry-Investment / Property Sector
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for property portfolios and investment vehicles
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
• Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Conduct regular reconciliations and maintain general ledgers
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
• Support financial due diligence for acquisitions or disposals
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and manage VAT submissions
• Collaborate with asset managers, property managers, and other stakeholders to support financial strategy
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years Proven experience in the property or investment sector
• Strong knowledge of real estate finance, property accounting, and investment reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Quickbooks, Zoho etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
