Bread of Life Development Foundation is a registered faith-based WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) Non-governmental organization based in Ota, Ogun State. The organization’s mission is to promote principles and practices for sustainable WASH management, especially at urban levels. It aims to ensure universal access to safe WASH by 2030, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.

Role Description
The Project Secretary will provide secretarial, clerical, technical and administrative assistance to support community-based WASH project operations.

Qualifications
• Reporting: Excellent narrative, descriptive, and analytical report-writing skills including writing minutes of public meetings
• Clerical Skills: Company secretarial work and executive administrative assistance
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing correspondences with external publics
• Stakeholders’ management: Experience in managing stakeholders’ database and activities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly in formatting skills
• High writing skills in the English language.
• Excellent typing skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Relevant certification in Secretarial, English language or Communication studies
