Required skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in business management or a related field preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years experience in Project Management or a similar role in the Tech industry.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Project and project management tools is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and training to end-users.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with IT and other departments to achieve common goals.
