Job Description:

We are seeking candidates with a strong sales background, particularly in hardware sales—including electronics, clothing, automobile parts, computers, and related products.

 

As a Sales Account Manager at CashMyStock, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding new businesses to our platform. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, showcasing the value of our platform, and converting leads into active sellers. This role requires strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.

2. Understand Client Needs: Learn about clients’ business goals and needs to create strategies that help them succeed.

3. Communicate with Clients: Keep clients updated on their account status, new products, and industry trends. Address any concerns quickly.

4. Sales and Upselling: Find opportunities to sell more products or services to current clients. Meet or exceed sales targets.

5. Negotiate Contracts: Work out contracts, prices, and terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.

6. Manage Projects: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products or services are delivered successfully and on time.

7. Collect Client Feedback: Listen to client feedback and share it with your team to improve our offerings.

8. Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and competitors to develop better strategies for client retention and growth.

9. Record and Report: Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Prepare monthly performance reports.

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

2. Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Exceptional client relationship-building abilities.

5. Sales and negotiation skills.

6. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

7. Knowledge of the Consumer Fashion or Consumer Electronics industry and market trends.

8. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

9. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

10. Customer-focused mindset and commitment to client satisfaction
